If the 10% coupon code is used for a logo that was not purchased from @instadraw.co or @logogenie, the order will be canceled.

If a customer is found to have shared the 10% code with others, their privilege to use the discount will be revoked.

Cancellations

Kindly understand that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after the stickers are printed since these are customized products.

If we haven't printed your stickers yet, the order can be canceled, just email us! 
​
If an order is canceled, a nonrefundable $0.30 Paypal fee will be deducted from the returned payment.

Shipping Policies

Orders placed before 4pm CST on Sundays will be shipped out by the following Tuesday. All orders placed before 4pm CST on Thursdays will be shipped by the following Saturday.These cutoff times are implemented to ensure that we have enough time to carefully print and package your stickers before sending them off!

Please understand that what happens after items are shipped are beyond our knowledge and control. If you have trouble receiving your order please try contacting your local post office first.​
 
We will not offer to resend your order for free nor will we be held responsible if your order does not arrive due to an inaccurate/insufficient address.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by their postal service for foreign packages.

Rights

Customers are responsible for the copyrights of the design they are printing. The customer is responsible for any violations of copyright. By placing an order, customers are agreeing to the following statement:
 
"I have the right to sell products containing this artwork, including (1) any featured company’s name or logo, (2) any featured person’s name or face, and (3) any featured words or images created by someone else."
